Access to forms

Hi, I’ve developed a form to enable staff to submit an incident report that gets logged in a project where the incidents can be managed. How do I enable staff to access the from without them having access to the project?

Welcome, @Craig_Lucas,

First, in Form Settings (tab on the far right while editing the form) decide to make your form Anyone can access or Organization only; the latter requires a login and is the default.

Then share a link to the form or embed the form on a web page.
