Hi, I need to ensure all users read an ‘Acceptable use’ statement. Either on invitation or on use of ASANA. Because ASANA is hosted outside of Australia we need to ensure no sensitive information about customers or employees is stored and must ensure all users are aware of this and ideally reminded. Yes we can issue a ‘memo’ or have a ‘procedure’ but ideally something in the Welcome Email or the page or project header areas would be most suitable.
Does anyone have any sugegstions?
