Ability to mark Forms as favorite and access them from the sidebar

We use forms that then create tasks within the organization. So things like IT requests, design, website updates etc. It helps us collect all the relevant info needed for the task, while allowing project managers to assign them to individuals once the request comes in.

But to access the forms, people either need to receive a link (and save it somewhere else) or go hunting for the form link in the project form. It would be great if form links could be pinned somewhere (left nav? under favorites?) so that all team members could access them more easily.

Hi @Chris_Jones3, welcome to the Asana Community Forum!

As it stands, it’s currently not possible to mark Forms as favorite. We have a thread in our usecases category with some workarounds, I recommend you to check it out here: Can you favorite or pin a Form within your organization?

This feature would be so useful as it’s really difficult to find forms within Asana if you don’t have a link or know how to get to it buried in the response project customization settings. On the enterprise version, staff should be able to search for forms especially since they are usually intended for a wider audience. Forms should also be marked as active or inactive so people know whether their response will be seen.

It appears this is now possible!
