Where do you keep or post links to forms for work requests?

I am slowly working on getting more of my organization to migrate from other platforms to Asana, to reduce redundancies with our subscriptions. A challenge we are coming up against often is keeping track of where Asana request forms are.

To be more specific, I work on our Marketing & Communications team, including overseeing our social media, graphic design work, and a proprietary social app for our membership that uses a content calendar. For each of these areas, I have a work request form so that the right info can be provided by a client so our team can produce and post the content they want us to do for them. But other than bookmarking the form links in their browser, which they then forget about, there doesn’t seem to be a central place in Asana for them to access these (and other) request forms!

Does anyone have any effective strategies for keeping request forms in an easily-accessed, central place for multiple teams across their org?

The Home page in Asana has a Forms widget that anyone can use, if they like that approach.

You can make a Forms project in which to collect all your forms links, perhaps making each task be the name of the form and a text custom field with the form link, which is clickable on hover.

Or put on your intranet, or anywhere else you store such reference info/links.

Hope that helps,

Larry
