Ability to import subtasks with drop-down fields via CSV

Hi,

I’m trying to import CSV file with subtask and all this subtask have custom fields (ex. ‘positive/negative’, hopefully drop down selection) , but it seems like this is one limitation of the product. Or am I missing setting needed??

This is a great question! As it stands, it’s currently not possible to import subtasks with custom fields via CSV. You can certainly import just subtasks or import tasks with custom fields. Our team is aware of this request and I’ll make sure to keep this thread updated once I have any updates!

HI Team,

I tried importing the parent taks last week and sub tasks were automatically created last week through CSV import, but as of today if i check that feature is disabled and i am seeing only parent tasks are created.

could you help me here.

Hi team,

Importing subtasks with custom fields via CSV would be improvement and time saver! Is there any indication of this coming to live soon?
