Hi team, hope you are well.
Our business uses Asana for project and task management, and MS Teams for internal comms and urgent notifications. I was hoping there was a way that would allow us to post an update in Asana with the option of also ‘tagging’ someone in Teams to alert them if the Asana update is urgent.
Currently our team will only check Asana a couple of times per day so their workflow is not hijacked. But sometimes we need a response sooner than that, and needing to post in Asana, and then teams as well is not terribly efficient.
Any ideas are welcome.

@Andrew_Knight4 this can be accomplished with platforms like Zapier or Power Automate.

@Andrés_at_Connex Did you know of a specific Zapier Zap for this? The ones I am seeing don’t quite do this.
What we are looking to do is to be able to do an update on an Asana task, and have the option to @ someone specifically, which will go to MS Teams as a message to the individual, alerting them that the task is urgent and they need to check Asana.
