A teammate can be the motivator you were missing

A very surprising benefit of using AI teammates is the extra motivation and reassurance they bring.

Let me share an example of that. Every month, I put together a newsletter. It’s based on existing content I’ve created elsewhere: I “just” have to curate the right things, arrange them properly, write an intro, and maybe add a new piece. It sounds simple but it is a daunting task. I love doing it, but I usually delay it more than I’d like.

But recently, I onboarded and trained a teammate specifically for this. And now, I actually look forward to it. Knowing “someone” is going to work with me, even if it’s AI, makes it feel lighter. It doesn’t drag as much. I’m curious to see how much smoother it can get next time, how good the result will be… I actually want to get into it.

These teammates might not help you in the traditional sense, but they show up whenever you need them. That matters :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks @Bastien_Siebman
Agree 100% they are amazing at removing blockers and giving that extra motivation you need to make progress on complex tasks.

And what I love most is the quality of the output because the context matching is so strong. Each Teammate is tuned to the right content and situation, plus all the usual instructions you can give an agent, so their answers and actions are often on point.
