AI teammates already come with a built-in understanding of Asana. They know what a project is, what a task is… so any teammate you add can immediately help you build and improve things in Asana.
There’s no need to create a highly trained, hyper-specific support teammate. Instead, do what we did: create an all-purpose teammate. One that doesn’t have a specific prompt (or maybe just a tone instruction + brief intro to your company), it can still help you the way ChatGPT handles most requests.
We first called ours Batman. But every time someone mentioned it, I would show up just by typing the first letters (BAstien :p). So we changed it to Robin.
