Your Asana AI teammates should recommend each other if necessary

This is one of our recent discoveries after using AI Teammate for a while. We’re starting to have a bunch of them, and they have specific skills, but what will be a challenge is to make sure everybody remembers how they’re named and what each teammate does.

We already had a master prompt followed by every single teammate, but we went a little bit further and made sure that each teammate knows what the other teammates are doing, and would recommend another teammate if it makes more sense. That way, you are sure as a user to have the best answer possible, because that specific teammate will have all the knowledge and skills to help you the best way possible.

You can see here our master prompt

And you can see our teammate Robin identifies another teammate, best suited for the job.

However we still have the opportunity to insist and ask for that teammate to keep the work anyway.

I’m pretty sure this behavior of recommending the other teammates will become a native feature, but for now, I feel like the way we’ve done it is pretty clean and will work pretty well!
