We know starting with a blank project and trying to figure out where an AI Teammate fits can be a bitā€¦ overwhelming. So we built something to make that easier.

The AI Teammates Project Analyzer looks at the work already inside a project and recommends a practical starting point - whether thatā€™s an existing Teammate that already fits, or a new one built around your specific project context.

Itā€™s live now for AI Teammates users, and it only runs when you choose to kick it off.

:gear: Hereā€™s how it works:

Say you have a launch project with recurring status updates, a few tasks that need a first pass, and some handoffs floating around without clear owners. Instead of guessing where to start, the analyzer reviews the project and surfaces patterns - recurring updates, intake that needs routing, tasks missing owners or due dates, cross-project handoffs.

From there it recommends an existing AI Teammate, or proposes a new reusable one configured around your project context. You pick what to activate, confirm your choices, and nothing gets set up without you reviewing it first.

Quick steps:

  1. Choose a project from Projects or the Teammate Gallery
  2. The analyzer reviews it for repeatable patterns and gaps
  3. You get recommendations - an existing Teammate or a new one built for this work
  4. Pick what you want to activate (a first pass on existing work, a one-off task, a recurring task, or a rule for incoming work)
  5. Review and confirm before anything is set up

Q: Can it create a new AI Teammate for me?
Yes, if no existing Teammate fits, itā€™ll recommend a new one configured around the project context and work you selected.

Q: Will it make changes without my review?
Nope. Everything goes through your confirmation before itā€™s activated.


This first version starts with projects. The idea is to expand AI Teammate discovery into more of the work graph over time.
