Asana that is triggered by a @mention.
All our PM is in Asana but our manufacturing contact in China can only access Trello so we use it to communicate with him and PM manufacturing. Our VA’s use Asana for everything else. I need a mention in Trello to be a trigger to create a task and a comment with a mention for our VA. I want to avoid having our VA in Trello.
When it data is Zapped from Pipedrive into Trello as a comment, the @mention is live. When it goes into Asana, it is just plain text and not a true mention.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
