Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
When using workflows, trying to “create new task” as an action, it adds the task box but then endlessly displays the loading icon so you are unable to actually create a new task.
Steps to reproduce:
Try to “create new Task” as an action to a trigger on a workflow

I have a feeling this might be happening due to partial outage of some services as per the status:
I recommend trying again a bit later.
