Will all my projects and templates stay saved after canceling my subscription?
Hi @Matteo_Favaro and welcome to the Asana Community Forum!
Yes, all your projects and templates will be saved, however note that if they use any premium features such as Custom Fields, these won’t be accessible in your projects/templates after canceling your Premium plan!
Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
What do you mean by Custom Fields? Thanks
Welcome to the Asana Community Forum @Maggie_Klonsky!
For more info about custom fields see: How to Create and Use Custom Fields in Asana | Product Guide • Asana Product Guide
I have a cool idea. We are a large company with a lot of engineers and want to migrate our projects management and tracking to Asana. The problem is that buying 20 business licenses are very expensive so will it not be possible to buy only business licenses for department leads and professional licenses for their teams which will allow them to only view dashboards, goals and portfolios? This will be awesome if this could be done
No, sorry, this is not possible; Asana only allows for one subscription level within an organization. (The only exception is something called Divisions, but that won’t help in your use case, for multiple reasons.)
Hi Marie,
I was on a business plan seat through my Organization’s account.
Organization Domain: ilinksolutions.com
The Admin accidentally downgraded my seat from Business to Premium, when that occurred all the projects I had created while on the business plan disappeared.
The Admin reversed their mistake and upgraded me back to a business seat, however, I still haven’t been able to recover the projects I created that were lost when I was mistakenly downgraded from Business to Premium.
How do I retrieve all the projects I created the first time while I was on the business account?
Welcome, @Natassia_DaSilva,
Your best bet is to contact Support and create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.
Thanks,
Larry
Hi @Natassia_DaSilva, sorry to hear about this issue. Downgrading your plan doesn’t remove you from projects. It is possible that you were removed from the paid team where they existed. But as @lpb mentioned, our Support team will have more tools to look into this for you and help you recover your access
