Where to collect the results of ASANA Form survey submitted by external users?

I plan to send a Form link to external users, where I could see the all results of the survey go?

A form is added to a project in Asana, and the form submissions become tasks in that project, visible in List or Board view, for example.

Similar question - but wanted to take the original question a step further. If I’m not using a mapped field, can the results be compiled within the project? Or will I have to manually pull each response and compile my own report? Note: I’ve already pushed the survey (form) out and have several responses, but they only show as a blank task in the project and nothing measurable. I need to go into each task line to see the results.

Hi @Jeff_Engle,

If you have access to AI Studio, you could build out custom fields and tie them to the existing form, then create a manually triggered rule that would pull the information from the task descriptions of the existing submissions and update those fields.
