I wasn’t convinced by Asana Portfolios at first when they were introduced. But I was missing two key elements: I wasn’t dealing with many projects myself, so didn’t feel that pain; and also I wasn’t familiar enough with the “big picture” at the time, the Pyramid of Clarity.
I am now fully convinced, use them often and wanted to shared with you all the updates Portfolios received in 2024!
I believe that’s only the beginning
