Please advise how to access the Web Based Asana on a mobile device.
We have set up task templates with specific sub-tasks and dependencies etc. for all tasks delegated to my team. The Asana App available on Mobile devices does not allow the creation of tasks based on created templates, only basic tasks.
Please note that the app completely useless to me for delegation if I can’t use template tasks to create a new tasks for my team. All of our tasks have to include the agreed sub-tasks in order to ensure appropriate compliance and procedures are followed. Basic tasks have no value to me whatsoever.
What is even worse is that I can’t even access the web based Asana on my phone as I am automatically forced back to the app every time I try and login on the website from my phone or mobile device.
This is really frustrating as I literally have to be in the office, using the web version, to be able to delegate anything at all to my team.
Please provide me with a workaround until this functionality in provided the mobile app.
