Hi, I created a task and a subtask with attachments on my mobiel App. but when I open the web version these task are not there. Neither are they visible to collaborators. How to fix this?
This shouldn’t happen!
Since we have no other similar reports, is there any chance you’re not looking in the same place for the task on mobile as on the web? Is it possible you’re in one workspace on mobile and another one on the web? On the web, click your profile image in the top right of any Asana page and see the list of orgs/workspaces and make sure the one there matches on mobile. (Or different user? Or different team? Project?)
