If i make some changes in a task on web version Asana and after I open an android app, this task is not changed until I force update app. But sometimes changes happen automatically. I make changes on the same task on both versions Asana. How can I avoid such problems in the future?

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for the question 
You can pull the mobile screen from the top to reload the data.
Otherwise, mobile apps save data consumption by trying to rely on the cached (existing) data on the device.
