We still need a PDF export option

The public link option doesn’t work for non-public projects and also not suitable for executive consumption. This feature really inhibits Asana use across my teams. Any hope this will get added?

@Lars_McCarter,

Have you tried using the regular Project actions > Export/Print > Print menu item, but then choose PDF Printer to create a PDF file instead of a physical printer?

Also, there’s Asana2Go (disclaimer: I’m the creator).

Not an option in my stand alone version of Asana. Maybe limited by the organization? I’m at Amazon.

I’m assuming you’re referring to Asana2Go not being an option for you at Amazon (I won’t take it personally!); they may have disabled extensions. But the PDF printer suggestion would be available, I’d think.

Yea it’s not either. Assuming it would be here in the project drop down correct?

Yours seems to be labeled Export not Export/Print like mine.
