We have a major issue and nobody is responding to our support tickets. How do you get in touch with support for resolution?

See topic, support not responding to tickets, we have a MAJOR ISSUE that we are unable to resolve that is drastically affecting our business. Need help.

Hi @Sean_Olson,

Two things: one, don’t send additional follow-up tickets to Asana support, as they just push you back to the end of the queue; and two, I’m cc’ing @Marie here as she can typically check up on these things.

Hi @Sean_Olson, sorry for the trouble. Our Support team is currently experiencing a high volume of requests, but I see that one of our agents replied to your ticket yesterday around 5pm PDT. Can you check if their reply landed in your spam folder? If you still don’t see their reply, let me know and I will ask them to resend it!
