Hi Katsuyoshi! Sabina from AI Teammates here. What is your domain name? The AI Teammates entry point should only be visible in domains that are currently trialing or have purchased AI Teammates.
I came to the forum to clarify why “Workflow” in the left menu was changed to “Agents” and defaults to “AI Teammates” when we have Asana AI turned OFF at the domain level. I’m following this post and am submitting a support ticket. At first we didn’t qualify for AI as an org. with HIPAA compliance and we have not debuted/provided guidance to our team to begin using it, as there is currently no need that outweighs our HIPAA concerns.
