Asana AI Teammates: Dashboard, Usage stats or "Hall of Fame"

Hey all,

we’ve launched AI teammates in mid-march and since then, it’s been a great and steady adoption curve across all users.

Currently we have deployed around 50 of them across various teams, individuals and processes.

But slowly the question and curiosity arrives around how useful and how much usage each of them actually are. The current AI Teammate view is nice as a starting point, but is there any plan to be able to see more than “last used, created by, and active/inactive”?

Here are some of my/our questions/thoughts about increasing AI teammates “leadership buy-in” and company adoption:

  • Will there be some kind of dashboard in the future, that gives more insights into AI teammates usage and other stats?
  • Could there be a leaderboard / “hall of fame” for “most-used” AI teammates?
  • Can we “pin” AI teammates so that they become visible to the whole org as “org capabilities”?
    • Example here: we’ve developed a “PMO for everyone” teammate and it could be great to make this capability more visible.
  • Is there a way to make some teammate private?
    • Example: we’re experimenting with a Chief of Staff teammate for our COO, but this shouldn’t be visible to others.

This now became more a “feature request” post, sorry about that. I just wanted to share my excitement about AI teammates, that the adoption is going well but that there are still some details to add to increase their “visibility”.

Looking forward to hearing everyone’s thoughts on those questions. Thx!

Hey @Dennis_Schießl !

Super excited to hear your experience with Teammates so far and we’re so grateful for the feedback! Keep it coming

We’ve got some major improvements to the “find the right or ‘official’ Teammate” experience that I hope will solve a bunch of the issues you’re running into (we’re also running into them internally) and we’ve also got some exciting stuff coming around the idea of a “personal” teammate or a Teammate that automatically has access to whatever you can access and is always private to you.

We’re hopeful that a lot of these improvements will land between now and the Fall!

@Dennis_Schießl,

If you want, you can always add any/all of your requests individually as topics in English Forum > Product Feedback.

Great to hear these upcoming developments, @Andrew_Gay!

Thanks,

Larry
