Re using Asana app on my iPhone: when I open an email attachment, it says ‘open file’ but then it goes to a blank screen with no option other than to select ‘done’. Any tips?

I wasn’t able to reproduce this myself but I’ve gone ahead and filed a task with our Development Team to investigate this issue further. I’ll make sure to keep you posted as soon as I have an update on this topic!

The iOS version is 12.3.1
I am having the same issue. I regularly attach emails to asana tasks for my boss to review. He is always on the go so he uses the Asana mobile app - when he tries to open up the email attachment, it just goes to a blank screen. This works perfectly in the desktop version, can this be fixed for the mobile version as well?
I have still the same problem. Does anyone have a solution for this?
