View all the team members on the left side panel

Currently we are only able to see 7 out of 19 members in the left-side panel. Is there a way to see all the members and have a possibility to click on each member’s icon and view his tasks?

Welcome to the Forum @Vamsi_Marri :wave: and thank you for reaching out!

As it stands, it is currently not possible to display more than 7 Members at once in your sidebar, however, you can see all the team members following these steps:

  • Click on the Team name in your left sidebar
  • Click on any of your colleagues profile pictures at the top of your screen

if you wish to access to any of your colleague’s “My Tasks”, you can do so by searching their name on the Search bar.

But we are not able to click on any of the profile pictures at the top of the screen. The URL is not active for those profile pictures.

Sorry for the confusion here. What you are saying is correct. From the top of the Screen you are able to see all Members of the Team but you won’t be able to see their “My Tasks” by clicking on the profile picture.

To access to a colleagues “My Task” you just need to search their names on the search bar. You can learn more about it in the following guide article: How to Get Started With Asana My Tasks | Product Guide • Asana Product Guide

Hi I would like to know if there has been an update about this problem, since the question is from 2019. We’re unsing Asana since 4 months and it would very useful to see all our members on the left panel, or at least to be able to choose the 7 members we can see.

Hi Asana Team,

We’re also a growing team who is managed by one project manager, it would be a very useful and time-saving feature to have all team icons on the left-hand panel. Do we know when this functionality will be launched?

Hi, I second all the suggestions above! It’d be a lot more intuitive to have an option that allows me to display more team members on the left hand side.
