Using a custom date form field to determine due dates for new tasks.

I have a form to collect content from other users about initiatives that need marketing promotion. We include 2 date custom fields: “Begin Promotion” and “End Promotion” so that they can specify when we need to start and end marketing.

Based on other selections, I have rules that create additional tasks for specific staff members — e.g., “Post item to web homepage”, “Remove item from web homepage”, and multiple tasks for social media posts.

I’d like to be able to use the “Begin Promotion” and “End Promotion” fields to determine the due dates for new tasks & subtasks, like task X is due on the Begin Promotion date; task Y is due 3 days before the End Promotion date, task Z is due on the End Promotion date.
