User Locked Out the doesn't have the authy authenticator correct code

I have an employee who is locked out because he got a new phone and doesn’t have the Authy multi factor code.

I’ve had success reaching out to customer support in this situation. We had it happen twice somewhat recently, but we weren’t able to reset MFA from the Admin Console. I believe that’s only available at the Enterprise and/or the Enterprise+ level(s).
