It’s our best practice to review our procedures and often we update our rules to help things run more smoothly. There has to be a way to automatically update the tasks/subtasks already created when an update has been done. Otherwise hundreds of tasks already added need to be updated one at a time this is not time effective.
There is no way to do that indeed. Created tasks can’t be updated through template or automation, it is “too late”.
