I can’t seem to find any documentation on how to update a members notification settings in a project through the API. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help point me to the right direction. Thank you!

Is there way to create notifications through API? We have integration between Salesforce and ASANA and wanted to check if we can create notifications through API calls from Salesforce. These notifications should appear in users inbox. Please let me know
You could with a workaround like adding the person as a collaborator of a dummy task and then comment on it?
