Am I the only one who experiences this? For as long as I can remember (using the tool for many years), the undo button works sporadically. Generally I work from my tasks view. I check a task as completed by accident, I see the undo button appear at the bottom. I click the undo button. It says ‘undoing’, but the task does not appear back in the section where it was or anywhere. I then have to go to the completed tasks (removing the filter), and there I find the task still completed. But it’s not that easy actually, because there’s no chronological order to the completed tasks and you have to look for a long time to find back the task.
Would be great if this could be looked at. Thanks.
Thanks for your reply Larry. Unfortunately this happens to me constantly and for a long time now.
I have noticed that it doesn’t happen to a task I just created, but if I check an older task as completed and then click undo, the task remains completed.
This happens on web in multiple browsers, and it happens in the desktop app. So it seems to me like it not something that’s related to an issue on my machine.
Your suggestion to filter for completed today only applies to paying customers unfortunately.
