Can I assign multiple team members to a specific task? If yes, can I create a hierarchy of who needs to complete in what order?
No @Swadesh_Sharma you can only assign a task to one individual.
You can create copies and assign to individuals as per this guide article.

Or you @Swadesh_Sharma can create one task assigned to you and then create multiple subtask and assign them to different people.
If you need it in a specific order you can even make a subtask depending on another task.
And if you have an information that is needed in all subtasks, you can add the information to the task itself. And the subtask could then be something like
review concept in parent task
And if you have that again and again you can create a task template with everything setup already!
