Unable to remove project from team

Hey All,
I have a project in my team that is owned by someone that was deprovisioned so the project currently has no members and the project owner is no longer in the team and it appears even as an admin there is nothing I can do to remove this project? (Cannot change owner or anything)

Any ideas?
