It looks like you’re having trouble with a “personal projects” space in Asana. This type of space is part of an older system that will eventually be phased out. Since it’s no longer supported by our Developers, our Support team can’t troubleshoot issues there.
As the agent mentioned, it’s strongly recommended that you move your data from personal projects to workspaces or organizations. You can do this yourself by following the steps provided by the Support agent.
That said, if the invitation issue happens in a different type of space, not a personal project, feel free to reopen the support case and reach out to the agent. Including a screenshot of any error message could help speed things up.
