In this session, your Asana BFF, Kelly Perry, will walk you through exactly what it takes to go from Asana expert to confident Asana trainer. We’ll cover facilitation best practices, change management strategy, Asana norms, crafting your curriculum, how to measure whether your training landed, and everything that comes after training is complete.

Walk away with a real framework and resources for training your team on Asana, whether you’ve done something like this before or not.

Ah I love this ! I’m attending the Elevate Tech Festival on Weds/Thurs but would have loved to participate and hear other input on change management and the ever variables of human behaviour! Will keep an eye out for future occurrences :smiling_face:

Hi @Kelly_Perry4 – Is it too late to get the recording? Our organization is (technically) using Asana across all departments, but not everyone has the same knowledge. I’d like to help get everyone on the same page.

The recording would be really helpful for anyone who couldn’t attend live. Training others on Asana can be tricky when you’re still learning how to teach the workflow yourself. I hope there are more sessions like this!
