Timer button not appearing

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the bug you’re experiencing:
I initiated the timer for a task I had (might be important to note that it had sub-tasks), then closed the browser and turned the laptop off. Upon turning it on again, the timer kept track of the time since I started the timer but the start/end timer feature is no longer available.
Steps to reproduce:
Have a task with sub-tasks and start the timer for the parent task then close the browser. (This is my guess on how to reproduce, I can’t be sure).
Browser version:
Had the same issue in Chrome and Edge and the desktop application
What version of Asana are you using (Personal, Starter, Advanced, Enterprise, Enterprise+, Premium, Business or legacy Enterprise)?
Not sure, but I guess personal

Hi @Ahmad_Safwat_Elewa sorry for the trouble, and welcome to our Community Forum. Do you know if your space was on a legacy Business or Advanced plan/trial before? Please note that the time tracking feature is only available in those plans and above. Based on the purple Upgrade button on the top right of your screenshot, it seems that your space is currently on our Legacy Premium or Starter plan where time tracking is not available.

If you were on a trial that expired, or if your plan was downgraded, the time tracking feature will no longer be available.
