"The document could not be loaded" the first time you click, but works the second time...?

Good morning.

I’ve been noticing a minor issue for a while in that, when I click on a PDF attached to a project task (Asana desktop app, Windows 10), I often get “The document could not be loaded” (see screen shot) the first time I click on it. So I hit the “X” button to close the error screen, immediately click on the PDF a second time, and it displays just fine. So, if it works the second time without doing anything extra… why won’t it just work correctly the first time? :thinking:

(It doesn’t happen all the time, but enough to be annoying.)

I’m getting the exact same issue - if I open a new task, the first PDF attachment I try to open cannot be loaded. After that, they’re all fine, until I move to a new task when I get the same error.
