Yes, I would love to have a building mode and launch mode to avoid all the notifications!
I voted. But the only work-around I have found until Asana adds this feature is to go to the members section > manage notifications and turn off all notifications to everyone until I’m ready to go live with the project. This also means that you must add everyone to the project, even if you only intended to share the entire project to a few people.
Surely they have fixed this now? It’s been 7 years since this issue was first raised on a different thread… Our projects have around 50 tasks in total, and we are generally creating 2 new projects every week. The sheer volume of email notifications to all assignees is a real issue.
