What are best practices for templates (2020)? Ive created a project that Id like to use as a template for projects moving forward, and I have “converted to template.”
But when I create a new project from this template, it asks me to Schedule Project dates, I dont want or need this feature. How can I get around this?

The schedule project dates screen will only show up if there are set dates (a project or task due date or date range) in the custom template. It’s currently not possible to disable this option.
Alternatively, you can duplicate the project instead of creating the project from the template. The result will be basically the same but you won’t have the option to schedule the due dates.
