Hi @Daniil_Moldova, welcome to our Community Forum :).

This will depend on the type of space you are working with in Asana. If you have an organization (tied to your corporate domain), employees (registered in Asana with your corporate email address) will be considered full members and will count towards your licenses when added to the paid space. Users who are not registered with your corporate email can be invited as guests, with limited access, and won’t count towards your plan’s licenses. You can have multiple teams within an organization, and can, for example, separate users in paid teams and free teams to better control the usage of licenses.

However, if you have a workspace, membership works differently. Workspaces are basically unique teams, like floating entities not connected to an organization or corporate domain, where you can collaborate with anyone regardless of their email address. Therefore, all users added, whether they have full access to projects or not, will need a license.

You can find more information about workspaces vs organizations in this article, but I’d also recommend reaching out to our Support team or to our Sales team directly as they will be able to review your account details and share more specific information with you.
