I am trying to connect everyone in our organization to Teams. 2 of my colleagues are running into the issue below where their settings are grayed out, and they aren’t getting any notifications. When they click on the connect button, nothing happens. We’ve checked with our internal IT and nothing is being blocked. several other colleagues settings are working fine and aren’t grayed out. How do I fix this?

Hi @Chantelle_Drury on the 2 affected colleagues running into the issue below try doing the following:
Go to: Microsoft Teams + Asana • Asana
- Verify they’re logged in, and click on “Install Asana for Teams”
- After you should get a popup and it will launch Asana where you should see “Connect to Microsoft Teams”
- Next, you’ll see a new message that says “Redirecting to authentication…”
- You should now be re-authenticated with Teams, and this resolves the issue.
If the above does not work, go to the “Apps” tab and under the “App name” section look for Microsoft Teams and “Deauthorize” that App and try again from Step.1 once more.
