Task creation from calendar bookings should pull date and time information

Hi all,

My team works in Asana across a multitude of projects as I’m sure the majority of other users do. We wanted to set up a project that acts as a ‘Leave calendar’ so that these can appear in an overview alongside other project deadlines.

For context I’ve created a portfolio that includes all projects in our teams catelogue so that our GM can have a live understanding of all team members deadlines and current project work. We’d love to add the leave alongside these tasks however, we’d also like to avoid double or triple handling. Considering our organisation already has a program used for leave requests, adding these in two additional places is really frustrating.

At the moment I have had to plug in a rule in so that I receive a notice every time a new entry is place so that I can manually add the date. because the email invitation for projects only pulls written information into the task generated and doesn’t pull the calendar invitation time and date information.

would be a helpful inclusion.
