The setup i’m aiming for is.
New customer comments made in Jira service desk need to sync down to the Asana ticket
New Asana internal comments need to only stay in Asana
(not sync back to the Jira ticket)
I’m using the Jira cloud + Asana integration App added to the project.
In Data Sync settings:
The option to select ‘Sync comments’ only works when the “Field sync direction” is set to (two way sync of updated task and issue fields)
The Sync comments check box gets greyed out when you select anything else but that.
Is there a way without using third party tools to make the sync work only one way??
