Did you really mean iCloud? Are you talking about iCal?
Thanks
iCal (iCloud its the same with iCal in my case)
My problem is my calendar sync ALL tasks and subtasks.
I’m trying to implement Asana on my team.
But we have problem when to this issue.
General Tasks are of interest to everyone. But the subtasks only concern the respective responsibles.
I’m not interested in having my team workers subtasks on my calendar.
If i just sync “My tasks” I don’t have the general Tasks.
If I sync all Project, I have ALL (Tasks and Subtasks)
No idea sorry. @Marie can you jump in? Thanks
Hi @Cristiano_Alves and thanks for the mention @Bastien_Siebman.
As it stands, it is not possible to exclude specific taks/subtask when syncing a project with your calendar. You can only sync the whole project. One option would be to run an Advanced Search for all your tasks, excluding subtasks (See how you can exclude subtasks in the screenshot below) and multi-home these tasks into a project that you would then sync with your Calendar. Unfortunately, this is very manual, so I’m not sure if it is a scalable option!
Hope it helps! Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
