Survey for agencies that use Asana

Hello Asana forum,

If you run an agency or service business and use Asana for tracking your projects I’d love to hear from you. We run our own agency on Asana and when looking at the integrations for tracking project profitability I couldn’t find something that met all our needs, so we are looking to build our own. This will be a platform that integrates into Asana supporting the eco-system and providing better insights into profitability, cashflow and resource forecasting.

With the survey I want to understand if there are others out there sharing similar frustrations with the existing integrated tools or maybe you are happy with the existing options.

We are an agency (http://ido-clarity.com) and we use Asana extensively. All our quotes and invoices are in Asana. We use many things:

  • existing rules and dashboards
  • Custom Scripts in Asana
  • custom scripts we built ourselves
  • a unito sync to send Asana data to Google Sheets and do complex tables
