I certainly don’t use Asana for all that it is capable of doing. I mostly use it for to-do lists and also assigning tasks to members of my team.
I also use Fantastical as my daily calendar, with most of my very time sensitive tasks listed on my calendar.
I would like to use Asana to review to-do lists on different projects, that don’t have due dates, and drag to reorganize the tasks based on priority. At the same time, I do have some tasks within a project that do have due dates assigned to them.
Probably 80% of my tasks are worked on based on priority while 20% have due dates.
Is there some way to set up a saved search or use filters to create a view where tasks with a due date are at the top of the screen, sorted by the due date, and the remaining tasks (without a due date) are below, sorted by priority in which I have dragged & dropped them to sort.
Any suggestions you have are greatly appreciated, thanks!
