Using the Asana Ambassadrs Hub as a bit of an inspiration, I have managed to convert my team to using Asana for all of our projects and tracking!!
Thank you!!
We now have a calendar, resources hub and in the midst of agreeing ways of working for our projects so that we have a one-stop place for everything.
However would love some tips and tricks for making this the best resources hub you can think of!
- Is there a way to add a table into a description?
- Why can we not add a portfolio/dashboard into a team - this would save me needing to add members every time they change!?

Hey Becky
Great to see you are spreading Asana at high speed
Is there a way to add a table into a description?
I found a “sneaky trick” a few months ago, but it might have been fixed recently. But you may want to have a look there : https://forum.asana.com/t/did-you-know-you-could-add-tables-in-task-description/246295/8
However, I won’t be surprised if that feature was implemented someday; in the continuity of the recent great text formating options.
Why can we not add a portfolio/dashboard into a team - this would save me needing to add members every time they change!?
If your portfolio is public to a team, its link is enough to share it with your new team members.
(you don’t necessarily have to invite them into it).
But for a report, you will need to invite them manually, indeed.
I hope that could slightly help.
Hopefully, others will contribute.
Good luck
