I have a weird issue with a project. I have a rule set that if I create a task through a form, it will set the task name to a field we enter on the form. If I send an email to the project it loses the task name (or doesn’t set it from the email subject). Have you seen this issue before? I even disabled the form rule and it still does the same thing. I can only find them in asana by searching for test that is in the description.
@Jonathon_Bailey - have you tried emailing tasks to other projects? Does the issue occur there as well? The relevant reference guide is here in case you haven’t seen it already.
