Student Premium Account Issue

I have repeatedly attempted to verify my student status for the free premium Asana account and followed the instructions from the follow on email from SheerID, but my account remains to be a free account (not a premium account).

When I contact Asana customer support they simply loop me back into the SheerID verification email, which fails every time.

Has anyone had a similar issue? How did you overcome the SheerID verification issue?
