Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

My task won’t sort by date

Steps to reproduce:

Open latest version of Asana and try to sort a column by date. The app freezes up

Browser version:

App version : 7.20.0

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue! Before escalating this further, could you please try to reinstall the Asana application and check if you can still reproduce it?

If the issue persists: can you please answer the following questions?

  1. Are you using Android or IOS? What version are you using?
  2. What happens after you try to sort by due date; are you seeing an error message? Could you send us a screenshot of the error if any?
  3. Is this only happening when trying to sort by due date? Just to clarify, it is no possible to sort only one column. When sorting by due date it will sort the entire project (all columns).
