Is there a way to control which colored boxes show up on a task in calendar view? If the image I’m inserting gets included as an example, there are 4 small colored boxes on the right hand side of the task and i want to be able to control it so only certain ones appear there.
Those icons indicate either 1) additional projects the task is “multi-homed” into (beyond the first one which gives the overall background color, or 2) custom fields for the task.
You can hover your mouse cursor (on web) over each to see exactly which it is, and for custom fields, both the field name and value.
To alter, you’d need to alter the task’s project membership or custom field values.
