We use the board view grouped by assignee to plan out our work for the week and make sure everyone has enough lined up. It would be nice if instead of the task count at the top of the column, we could show a cumulative point value.
Interesting. A dashboard would definitely do the trick but I see the appeal.

Hi @Alexa_Bass, apart from a Dashboard that @Bastien_Siebman mentioned, if you are on the Advanced plan or above, you could add a Workload tab to your project and count by your points number field to see how many each member has per day/week/month.
